Invite team members to your workspace
Add staff, contractors, or your accountant with the right level of access.
Roles explained
Owner — full access, billing control, can delete the workspace.
Admin — full access to invoices, clients, expenses, and reports. Can invite and manage members.
Member — can create and manage invoices and expenses, but cannot access billing or invite others.
Tip: Give your accountant Admin access so they can pull reports and GST figures without you having to export anything.
Send an invite
Go to Settings → Team and click Invite Member. Enter their email address and select their role. They receive an email with a link to join your workspace. If they don't have a PayWren account, they'll be prompted to create one.
Plan limits
Free and Solo plans are single-user. The Pro plan allows up to 3 team members. The Agency plan has unlimited team members. You can upgrade at any time in Settings → Plan.
