Use the Command Palette for quick actions
Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to jump anywhere or trigger actions without leaving the keyboard.
Open the palette
Press ⌘K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows from anywhere in the app. A search bar appears at the top of the screen.
Actions
Type to search, or scroll to pick from the actions list:
New invoice: jump straight to the new invoice form
New client: open the new client form
Capture receipt: open the receipt scanning modal
Import bank statement: open the statement import tool
Upload GST return: upload a filed GST return PDF
Navigate to any page
Type a page name (Dashboard, Invoices, Expenses, Time, Services, Reports, Settings) and press Enter to go directly there. It's faster than clicking the sidebar.
Search clients and invoices
Start typing a client name or invoice number and the palette shows matching results. Press Enter or click to open that record directly.
