Set up your workspace for a professional look

Add your logo, brand colour, bank account, and GST number so every invoice looks polished from day one.

Go to Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar. You'll see your workspace details on the left and the plan section on the right.

Upload your logo

Click the logo area at the top of Settings and upload a PNG or JPG. Aim for at least 200ร—200px for sharp rendering on retina displays. Your logo appears on invoices and in email headers.

Set your brand colour

Click the colour swatch next to Primary Colour and enter your hex code (e.g. `#2563eb` for blue). This colour is used for invoice accents, email headers, and the payment details panel. Your clients see your brand, not PayWren's.

Add your bank account

Enter your NZ bank account number in 00-0000-0000000-00 format. This appears prominently on every invoice in the Payment Details panel โ€” clients pay directly to your account using the invoice number as the reference.

Tip: Use a dedicated business account, even if you're a sole trader. It makes GST reconciliation much easier.

Add your GST number

If you're GST registered, add your IRD GST number here. It appears on invoices and in your GST return summary. Format: 123-456-789.
