Quick invoice for repeat work
The ⚡ Quick Invoice button creates a simple invoice without opening the full form — ideal for regular, fixed-rate work.
When to use Quick Invoice
Use it when you're invoicing the same client for the same work repeatedly — e.g. a monthly retainer or a fixed project milestone. It skips the full form for speed.
How it works
Click ⚡ Quick on the Invoices page. Select a client, enter the amount and a short description, choose your due date, and click Send. PayWren creates the invoice and emails it in one step.
Tip: Save recurring services in the **Services** catalogue so you can select them by name rather than typing descriptions each time.
